The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has alleged in a chargesheet that Robert Vadra received a 3.5-acre plot in Gurgaon as a bribe, contradicting his claim that he paid ₹7.5 crore for it. The land, in Sector 83, was later sold to DLF for ₹58 crore. According to ED, Onkareshwar Properties Pvt Ltd transferred the land to Vadra’s Skylight Hospitality Pvt Ltd to secure a housing licence through his influence with then Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
