BSNL has initiated a soft launch of its 4G network in Delhi, utilizing a partner's network access arrangement to provide immediate coverage. This 4G-as-a-service model allows new BSNL customers in Delhi to access voice and high-speed data on compatible devices. BSNL is simultaneously working on its own indigenous 4G network rollout nationwide.
