Frigidaire Introduces Home Range With 750°F Stone-Baked Pizza Mode
Frigidaire, part of the Electrolux Group, has released what it calls an industry first: a 30″ Front Control Range with Stone-Baked Pizza with a built-in Stone-Baked Pizza Mode capable of reaching 750°F. According to the company, the Frigidaire Gallery Range can cook a Neapolitan-style pizza in as little as two minutes, nearly 200°F hotter than conventional home ovens.
The feature is designed to replicate restaurant-quality results without requiring a separate outdoor or countertop pizza oven. “We saw an opportunity to bring that artisanal experience into the home – integrated into a full-function range without compromising safety, space, or performance,” said Amie Guy, senior vice president of Marketing and Consumer Direct Interaction for Electrolux Group North America.
The Stone-Baked Pizza Mode accommodates pizzas up to 14 inches in diameter and uses a custom heat shield to maintain safety at high temperatures. The range includes a 15″ x 15″ pizza stone, a pizza peel, and a temperature probe. While the pizza function is the headline feature, the appliance offers more than 15 other cooking modes, including Air Fry, Air Sous Vide, Steam Bake, Bread Proof, Dehydrate, Convection Bake, Roast, and Slow Cook.
The range is manufactured in Springfield, Tennessee, using a combination of U.S. and foreign parts. It is available in gas, electric, and induction versions, fitting standard 30-inch kitchen cutouts. The suggested retail price starts at $2,599, with availability through major retailers such as The Home Depot and Lowe’s, as well as online at Frigidaire.com.
This launch builds on Frigidaire’s past appliance innovations, including being among the first to integrate Air Fry and Air Sous Vide into a full-sized range. The Stone-Baked Pizza Mode represents the company’s latest attempt to blend specialty cooking capabilities with everyday kitchen functionality.
While high-heat pizza ovens have grown in popularity among enthusiasts, they have typically been limited to dedicated outdoor units. By bringing similar performance into an all-in-one appliance, Frigidaire is targeting home cooks who want versatility without adding more standalone devices.
