Elizabeth Taylor's Son Reacts to Taylor Swift Naming New Song After Famed Actress
Elizabeth Taylor‘s son is reacting to one of Taylor Swift‘s new songs.
While appearing on boyfriend Travis Kelce‘s New Heights podcast on Wednesday (August 13), the 35-year-old “Fortnight” singer dished on her upcoming album The Life of a Showgirl that features a song titled “Elizabeth Taylor.”
In a new interview, the late iconic actress’ son Christopher Wilding reacted to Taylor naming a song after his mother.
Keep reading to find out more…While speaking to TMZ, Christopher, 70, said that while he hasn’t heard the song yet, he’s “excited and intrigued to listen to it.”
Christopher, whose dad was Elizabeth‘s second husband Michael Wilding, went on to say that Taylor and his Oscar-winning mom share many of the same positive traits, adding that he believes that the ladies would have gotten along well if they had the opportunity to meet. If you didn’t know, Elizabeth died on March 23, 2011 at the age of 79.
He also said that he sees Taylor as a “rare, positive role model for young girls,” adding that he’s always “admired her philanthropy and courage to stand up for what she believes.”
