Goods and Services Tax (GST) 2.0 is coming soon. It will revamp the indirect tax structure. The GST Council will likely meet in September. They will discuss the proposed changes. The new GST may have only two major slabs. These are 5% and 18%. A special rate of 40% may be introduced for sin goods and luxury cars.
