Love Is Blind's Lydia Velez Gonzalez Accuses Ex Milton Johnson of Infidelity & Cruel Treatment, Amends Divorce Petition

Lydia Velez Gonzalez and Milton Johnson‘s divorce is getting quite contentious!

The former couple met on Love Is Blind back in 2022 and were the only couple from season five to make it down the aisle and get married.

However, earlier this year, after three years of marriage, Lydia revealed she filed for divorce, and is now amending her filing with new claims.

Last week, Milton accused his estranged wife of “cruel treatment” toward him of a “nature that renders further living together insupportable,” according to Us Weekly.

“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between [Milton] and [Lydia] that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation,” his lawyer said.

Now, Lydia is hitting back and says that he was guilty of “cruel treatment,” and she also accused him of committing “adultery.”

Per Us Weekly, in her amended filing, Lydia is asking she be awarded her separate property and has asked the court to prohibit Milton from communicating with her in any manner, “In vulgar, obscene or indecent language or in a coarse or offensive manner.”

She requests that he is restrained from threatening her, placing “one or more telephone calls, anonymously, at any unreasonable hour, in an offensive and repetitive manner, or without a legitimate purpose of communications,” or causing her bodily harm.

Lydia is also asking the court to bar him from using any password or her personal information to get access to her social media, email or any other account.

In addition, she asked that he not be allowed to turn over the water, electricity or any other utilities at their home in Texas, which she wants exclusive use of during the pending case, with Milton being banned from entering the premises.

Lydia wants the court order to also restrict him from using a tracking or monitoring device on her car or property, and says he should cover her legal expenses as she has “insufficient income for support.”

The former couple’s date of marriage is listed as May 31, 2022, and they both agree the date of separation was March 31st of this year, and there is no chance of reconciliation.
