Belarus and Russia are responding to the West’s militaristic policy by creating a sustainable security architecture, Belarusian Foreign Affairs Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said at a joint meeting of the collegiums of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Russia.
