Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can play an important role in supporting CBC’s efforts to be an inclusive workplace. There are many ways that ERGs can have a positive impact on the success of an organization. They can enable professional development, mentoring, sponsorship, and networking opportunities for their members. They can also provide educational events for all employees on different aspects of inclusion and diversity, and can be leveraged for recruiting, marketing, and product or service development.
