Thomas Frank and his coaching staff have not been convinced by a Tottenham star, who was a fixture in the club’s starting eleven under Ange Postecoglou.

According to TEAMtalk, Johnson could be set for a departure from Tottenham at the end of the season, three years on from his £47.5m move from Nottingham Forest.
The outlet claims that the 24-year-old has failed to fully convince Thomas Frank and his coaching staff so far this term.
Sources at the club say that Johnson has a lot of work to do to cement a place in the starting eleven under Frank, and it is a particular worry for the player, as Spurs want to strengthen their forward line even further.
With the winger’s contract running out in 2028, next summer could be the ideal time to cash in on Johnson, with Tottenham facing a ‘significant decision’ over his future at the end of this season.
The Telegraph have backed up these claims, stating that Crystal Palace are interested in signing Brennan Johnson in January.
Spurs expect no shortage of interest in Johnson
TEAMtalk say that Tottenham have actively begun assessing the market ahead of January to bring in fresh competition for the left-wing role.
That may make it even harder for Johnson to get many minutes this season, but the winger remains eager to make his case to stay.
It is explained that should Spurs decide to cash in on the Forest man next summer, they expect no difficulty in attracting any interest for his services.
