NBCC (India) Limited has acquired a prime land parcel in Dubai Mainland for AED 16 million to develop a mixed-use project, marking its international real estate expansion. This move, approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, makes NBCC the first Central Public Sector Undertaking to enter Dubai's real estate market as a developer.
