Wonho Reveals Why He Doesn't Feel Sexy, Says He Feels Regret If He Doesn't Workout
Wonho is objectively a very good looking guy, often showing off his muscles and shirtless body, much to fans’ delight.
The 32-year-old K-Pop star recently opened up about working out and why he doesn’t feel sexy, but puts on that persona in his work.

“I think I’m far from being a sexy person,” he said during a recent appearance on Zach Sang Show. “I’m a little… I want to be sexy in my everyday life too! In my daily life, I always want to feel sexy. Like for people who are sexy even when they’re talking… I can’t do that.”
“That kind of image on stage is something I create, so I also want to become someone who’s like that naturally,” he continued.
He was then asked if the fitness and body building help him feel sexy.
“On days when my workout goes really well, my muscles are feeling pumped, and my t-shirt is a bit wet from sweating a lot, I feel myself wanting to take a mirror selfie,” Wonho responded. “Maybe that’s when I feel sexy.”
Zach asked the singer if working out was something he wants to do or if it’s something he has to force himself to do.
“At first, I couldn’t even do five push-ups because my stamina was weak. That’s why I started, mainly for my health,” he said. “In the beginning, when I was performing on stage, my ankles and knees were weak, so I kept getting injured. I was always going to get injection treatments. Having to use ultrasound and getting the injections was painful, so I decided I needed to strengthen my body.”
“Naturally, I started getting ambitious about it. I worked out more, fans liked seeing that, and after a while, it became iconic for me,” Wonho continued. “And now, of course there were times when I enjoyed it, but now, every morning I definitely think, ‘I don’t want to work out’ or ‘I’m tired,’ a lot. But when I don’t go, I end up regretting, thinking I should have at least worked out instead of sleeping. I hate that regretful version of myself. I also want to keep showing this side of me to fans too. So that’s the biggest reason I keep going consistently.”
