Birmingham City have spent around £43.4 million on permanent transfers since Chris Davies was appointed. This figure aggregates the fees paid for players joining the club (not including loans, wages, or future add-ons).
On top of this we are estimated to have the 9th highest wage bill in the league.
Davies today said he believes we never pass without intent to be dangerous. Sorry but we have done this last season too.
We constantly talk about the schedule, like we are the only team in the league that has to deal with this.
We’ve spent all that money yet play a centre half at left back, a central midfielder at right back, a centre forward who can’t hit the target, and another who refuses to head the ball and we have a keeper who can’t catch.
I love blues, travel home and away and we’re allowed to be pissed at how this season is going. I’m not bothered about the position it’s the way we are losing, especially away!
