Three men have been sentenced to life imprisonment in Jamtara for the brutal murder of a woman accused of witchcraft. The court found Niranjan, Parimal, and Gangadhar Mahto guilty of killing Meera Devi in 2020 after blaming her for villagers' ailments. A Rs 5,000 fine was also levied on each convict.
