A devastating fire consumed a rented house in Hazaribag's Banaso village, reducing goods worth approximately Rs 10 lakh to ashes. Eight West Bengal traders, who used the house for storing and selling household items, lost their entire stock. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident, with a short circuit suspected as the cause.
