Brittany Furlan Files Restraining Order Against Ronnie Radke, Says He's 'Obsessed' With Her

Brittany Furlan has filed a restraining order against Ronnie Radke.

The 39-year-old comedian is alleging that the 42-year-old singer has become “unhinged and obsessed” with her. This is the latest update in a back-and-forth that has been going on between the two since last year.

Brittany, who is married to Tommy Lee, is now saying that she and Ronnie previously had a “secret relationship” and alleges he hasn’t left her alone since they split in May, according to documents obtained by Page Six Monday.

Earlier this month, Ronnie filed a restraining order against Brittany (which was denied for not being considered an emergency), claiming they never had any kind of relationship and Brittany may have been catfished. He also alleged that Brittany once drove out to his old house and waited for him outside.

But Brittany has said she doesn’t believe the conversations were fake because the musician sent her an “explicit” video proving his identity. She also claims the former Escape the Fate frontman wanted her to leave Tommy.

The Paradise City actress says they were going to meet up in May, but Ronnie never showed up.

Later, Brittany told Tommy about what happened and when things blew up online, that’s when Ronnie reportedly began claiming Brittany was actually catfished by an impersonator.

Page Six reports that Brittany said the harassment started on May 16, 2025 and continued until January 6, 2026. However, her restraining order was also denied for not being considered an emergency.

Both she and Ronnie have hearings with a judge scheduled for January 23 to discuss their respective TROs.

Brittany and Tommy are still married. They addressed rumors that they were divorcing last summer.
