Uddhav Thackeray has accused the Maharashtra government of irregularities in local body elections. He claims old voting machines and a new system called 'PADU' were used. Thackeray also alleged that the indelible ink applied to voters' fingers can be rubbed off. He urged people to vote in large numbers.
