Gracie Abrams Raves About Boyfriend Paul Mescal's Movie 'Hamlet' in Rare Comments About Him
Gracie Abrams and Paul Mescal keep their relationship very private, but she decided to publicly rave about his work in the new movie Hamnet!
The 26-year-old “That’s So True” singer took to her Instagram Stories on Friday (January 16) to share some photos from the set of the movie, as well as her thoughts on the film.
Paul is expected to receive an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his performance as William Shakespeare.
“Okay so,” Gracie began her series of posts on the story, beginning with a photo of Paul in the woods, wearing his signature short shorts.

She continued, “I’ve found it nearly impossible to find the words to describe the weight of this film and the way it has remained in my bones since I saw it for the first time, but we are sat in the kitchen right now and I am looking back on these pictures and got immediately teary, so I’m just going to say that Chloe is singular. Jessie is singular. Paul is singular. Thank god for what they made. Go see it and you will be better off.”
Gracie also added a photo of Paul and wrote, “Also I love him surprise.”
She also encouraged fans to see the movie in theaters instead of waiting for streaming. She wrote, “PS the experience of being in a big dark room (three times) packed full of people feeling and sobbing and holding each other… A reminder and a relief. Try that version.”
Gracie was seen stepping out with Paul after the Golden Globes last weekend.
