Tech Mahindra posted its strongest quarterly performance in three years, with net profit rising 14% year-on-year to Rs 1,122 crore and revenue up 8% to Rs 14,393 crore, supported by large deal wins and core vertical growth. Margins improved for the ninth consecutive quarter, aided by operational efficiencies and AI-led initiatives. Headcount fell to 149,616 as hiring slowed.
