Aleksandr Rogozhnik, recently appointed by the Belarusian president as Vitebsk Oblast Governor, held a series of meetings in Moscow to mark the conclusion of his mission as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation.
