The Reserve Bank of India has announced the premature redemption price for Sovereign Gold Bonds SGB 2019-20 Series-VIII. Investors can redeem these bonds after five years from issuance. The premature redemption price for a similar series, SGB 2020-21 Series-IV, was set at Rs 14,432 per unit, yielding a significant return.
