Senco Gold Limited has approved an investment of Rs 68 crore to acquire a 68% stake in August Jewellery Private Limited, the parent company of Melorra. This strategic acquisition aims to bolster Senco Gold's digital and omnichannel presence, particularly targeting the youth jewellery segment. The investment will fund Melorra's growth, expansion, and debt repayment.
