If you were asked to name great sandwiches in France, you might say ham and cheese on a baguette, or perhaps a traditional croque-monsieur. You probably wouldn't immediately think of a lobster roll. However, this American East Coast delicacy has been taking Paris by storm thanks to Moise Sfez. He's the creator of Homer Lobster, which now has five restaurants across Paris. He spoke to FRANCE 24's Delano D'Souza in Entre Nous.
