UK-based Actis is reportedly looking to exit its Indian renewable energy platform, Athena Renewable Energy, for an enterprise value of around ₹3,000 crore. The firm has appointed Kotak Mahindra Capital as its financial advisor and has approached several potential buyers for the 550 MW solar platform. This move follows Actis's history of successful exits in India's growing clean energy sector.
