‘Single's Inferno’ Season 5 Cast Includes Track Star and Quant Trader

Single’s Inferno — South Korea’s version of Too Hot to Handle — has introduced its full cast lineup for its fifth season.

Fans have searched high and low to find out who would make the cut. Now that all the contestants have been revealed, with more than a few surprising backgrounds, including a track star, a quant trader, beauty queens, and more.

Ahead are the names, bios, ages, and social media handles of this season’s contestants — which also happens to feature the largest cast ever in the dating reality show’s history.

Kim Min-gee, 30

Kim was an accomplished track and field star with some of the panelists even recognizing the athlete when she came on screen. She specializes in 400m and 400m hurdles.

She's also gained popularity for her resemblance to K-pop star AESPA's Karina.

Song Seung-il, 26

Song is a fashion marketer who also works as a model.

Kim Go-eun, 26

Kim won Miss Korea in 2022 and currently works as a model.

Woo Sung-min, 30

Woo works for his family's business as an optician.

Choi Mina Sue, 27

Choi won Miss Earth in 2022 as the pageant's first-ever Korean title-holder. She's currently studying Communication at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and has a minor acting credit in the K-drama series, Law and the City.

Lee Sung-hun (Samuel Lee), 27

Lee graduated from UC Berkeley and then went on to work for Google as an AI engineer. He currently works as a quant trader in New York City.

Park Hee-sun, 23

Park won Miss Korea in 2024. She's currently a student at Carnegie Mellon University studying Information Systems, and wrapped up an internship with a global beauty company.

Lim Su-been, 24

im is a former baseball player who was a pitcher on the team. He retired due to injury and currently works as a model.

Lee Joo-young, 26

Lee is a furniture designer, specializing in flower resin art.

Kim Jae-jin, 28

Kim is a contemporary dancer and the Inferno's comedy king.

Ham Ye-jin, 28

Ham works as a freelance newscaster.

Youn Hyun-jae, 27

Youn works at an IT firm, specializing in UI design. He also speaks three languages: Korean, English, and Chinese.

Shin Hyeon-woo, 27

Shin is a former handball player who retired due to injury. He currently works as a handball coach.

Jo I-geon, 33

Jo is an actor whose acting credits include the K-drama series Someday of Me and The Trunk. He also participated in another dating reality series, Eden 2.

Lee Ha-eun, 22

Lee is former dancer who now works as a model.
