Seychelles’ President Patrick Herminie said the country sees the Indo-Pacific as open, inclusive, and governed by international law, favouring cooperation over confrontation. In an interview, he highlighted Seychelles’ priorities in deepening ties with India: socio-economic development, defence and maritime security, and economic and trade partnerships.
