President Donald Trump has escalated a feud with the National Governors Association chair over who gets invited to White House events. On Wednesday, Trump attacked Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt online and called him a “RINO.” The clash grows after Stitt writes on Monday that the White House plans to limit the governors’ business meeting to Republicans. Democrats object and say they may skip the meal. Stitt then says Trump invites all governors from states and territories to the NGA business breakfast. Trump disputes that and says he excludes two Democratic governors. Some Democrats say they do not attend.
