I went to the preseason against Roma and I really liked how he started. Bright, fast, attacking. But as the game went on, and the tide flowed in the other direction, he was targeted more and did show as quite a bit weaker defensively.

It was only one game, it was preseason which can be an odd anomaly with players in new positions and playing together for the first time etc but knowing Moyes as we do, I think he is sacrificing attacking on the ball threat, for what he perceives as better and more experienced defending.
