Johnny Gaudreau's Wife & Kids Cheer on Team USA Hockey at Olympics
Johnny Gaudreau‘s family was on hand to support Team USA during their gold medal victory game against Canada at the 2026 Olympics today.
If you did not see the news, the team was victorious in a 2-1 overtime win against Canada’s team in a game held on Sunday (February 22) in Milan, Italy.
Quickly after the victory, members of Team USA held up a jersey that said “Gaudreau” on the back. Johnny was an NHL star who tragically died in August of 2024 after being killed by a suspected drunk driver on the weekend of his sister’s wedding. Johnny‘s brother Matthew was also killed in the tragedy.
His wife, Meredith, parents Jane and Guy were in the stands holding their kids, daughter Noa, 3, and son Johnny Jr., 2. Noa and Johnny Jr. were brought down to take a photo with the team during the medal ceremony!
In other news, one of the Team USA stars knocked several teeth out during the game and was totally unfazed after the win.
