Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has appealed to the central government to facilitate the safe return of state residents stranded in Gulf nations due to the West Asian conflict. Soren, speaking during the Baha Parab festival in his ancestral village, emphasized that the state government lacks jurisdiction over such matters, which fall under the Ministry of External Affairs.
