Maxx Crosby's Wife Breaks Silence After Botched Ravens Trade
The Baltimore Ravens made the surprising decision to back out of a deal for Las Vegas Raiders star pass rusher Maxx Crosby after initially agreeing to part with two first-round picks.
Following a medial evaluation, the Ravens ultimately decided the steep price for the trade wasn't worth it, with reports suggested the team wasn't sold on the long-term health of his surgically-repaired knee.

After the trade fell through, Crosby's agent, CJ LaBoy, took to social media with a clear message.
"Maxx continues to be on track in his recovery and if anything is ahead of schedule according to his surgeon Dr Neal El Attrache. Maxx remains on track to return during the offseason program & will undoubtedly return as the dominant game wrecker he has been these past 7 seasons," he said on X - formerly Twitter.

Crosby's wife, Rachel, saw the tweet and added a few words of her own. "Say it louder," she said with two clapping emojis to emphasize the agent's point.
Maxx Crosby's Surgeon Speaks Out
Crosby's surgeon, Dr. Neal ElAttrache, issued a statement to ESPN's Adam Schefter making it clear he believes the Raiders star is on track in his planned recovery program.
"Maxx Crosby is doing very well in the early part of his rehab and recovery from surgery to treat a significant meniscus tear and the related stress injury to the bone and cartilage in his knee. He is certainly on track in his planned program….he feels very well and is already much improved compared to before surgery," the doctor noted.
Maxx Crosby is eight weeks from having meniscus surgery and got off crutches only last week. He is on schedule, and they are working to get him ready for the regular-season opener.

Baltimore went on to sign former Cincinnati Bengals star pass rusher Trey Hendrickson after the failed trade while the Raiders are on the hunt for new trade partners.
