Chennai Super Kings has assured the Madras High Court it will cease using songs from Rajinikanth films, including 'Jailer', in promotions without a license from copyright holder Sun Pictures. This undertaking follows a petition by Sun TV Network alleging copyright infringement. CSK will seek permission or a license before using the music.
