“I am Conan O’Brien and I am honored to be the last human host of the Academy Awards,” he said, adding that next year the show might be hosted by AI.
He also poked fun at streaming giant Netflix, referring to CEO Ted Sarandos being in the audience.

He also poked fun at several nominated movies and stars, including Michael B. Jordan who played twins in Sinners, joking that every seat filler at the Oscars would now be played by the actor.
Conan also interacted with Leonardo DiCaprio, saying he wanted to create a new meme with the actor and putting him on the spot.
