Medeama SC will take on fellow Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC in the semi-finals of the 2025/26 MTN FA Cup following dramatic quarter-final victories on Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium. Dreams FC secured their place in the last four after edging Heart of Lions 4 ndash;3 in a penalty shootout.
