In case you haven’t already seen them, Coach created a really cool line of mini book bag charms. We’re talking actual books shrunk down to a size that can be hung from your purse. It’s such a fun collection that features titles like I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou, Sense And Sensibility by Jane Austen, and Friday I’m In Love by Camryn Garrett. Unsurprisingly, these have become highly coveted accessories for Coach fans. In fact, their March releases completely sold out once word got out the the links were live. But we have good news!
As we were browsing through Coach to see which titles might be available for next month’s drop, we were pleasantly surprised to find that one bag charm was currently available to shop. Untamed by Glennon Doyle, a Reese Witherspoon book club pick from 2020, is in stock right now. Though, given how fast these book bag charms went when they first released, we highly doubt this one will stay in stock for very long.
Coach’s hardcover book bag charms are about five inches tall, features a leather spine, and come attached with a dogleash clip for you to hook onto your bag. Thickness varies, of course, by each individual book length. At 352 pages, Untamed is the perfect size to carry around without looking or feeling bulky.
As for the book itself — which yes, you can read like any other book — it’s a memoir filled with empowering messages about authenticity, breaking barriers, and honoring your individuality. It’s a #BestofBookTok book on Amazon. Even the oh-so iconic Adele raved about the book on Instagram, writing, “This book will shake your brain and make your soul scream. I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew!”
