ICPAC mentor training strengthens professional development
The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) recently held its annual mentor programme training session, led by trainer Marilena Shakalli Maroudia.
According to ICPAC, the programme, which was launched in 2019, now hosts a total of 24 mentors.
The ICPAC Mentor Programme is offered free of charge to members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and members of the ICPAC CFO Society.
Through the programme, participants can gain experienced, practical and continuous support in their new professional endeavours, the institute explained.
They are also provided with access to a rich knowledge base and information resources from experienced mentors.
At the same time, participants have the opportunity to learn how to manage urgent and critical professional situations more effectively.
The programme also helps individuals to improve communication and collaboration skills within their professional environment.
In addition, it enables participants to achieve greater access and recognition in the market.
It further contributes to strengthening their confidence and professional development.
