Non-Supreme Court trials/rulings thread

There are a lot of court cases we see/read about that are either state or never get to SCOTUS. Figured a new thread would be worth it.

Starting out, WisSC overturned the abortion ban enacted before the Civil War.

But it is not that great of a win, as there are other restrictions in place.
