Muchos son los famosos preocupados por salvaguardar la intimidad de sus hijos y protegerlos de las redes sociales pero si tus padres son Paula Echevarría y David Bustamante la dificultad aumenta. Ha sido en el programa de ‘Las tres puertas’, de María Casado en Televisión Española, donde la actriz e 'influencer' ha relatado la estrategia de ambos progenitores para que cuando su hija Daniella cumpla la mayoría de edad no se convierta en un circo mediáticos como sí pasó, por ejemplo, con las hijas de Jesulín de Ubrique y María José Campanario o la de Belén Esteban.
Paula Echevarría afirmaba: «A Daniella la protegimos muchísimo los primeros años. Ni su padre ni yo la sacábamos en ninguna parte» pero hubo un punto de inflexión que le dio que pensar a la actriz «fue cuando la hija de gente muy famosa cumplió 18 años y aquello se convirtió en un circo. Después de casi doce años casados, en enero de 2018, la pareja anunciaba que se divorciaba. Los rumores de crisis en la pareja comenzaron a sonar fuerte a principios de 2017, pero no fue hasta abril de ese año cuando, llorosa, en un acto promocional, la actriz pedía «respeto» porque en su casa «pasaban cosas».
