In the real estate market, it is common to see visualisations and visions of what new homes will look like. However, life is not only about images but also about feelings, so two artists undertook an unconventional project – they created a soundscape that reflects everyday life in the new Nemunaičiai quarter, developed by SBA Urban. The work uses spatial sound to convey the rhythm of life on the banks of the Nemunas River, intertwining original city sounds with motifs from the works of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis.
