February 18:Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Southeast wind 3–8 m/s. Temperatures: +1…+3°C at night, +12…+14°C during the day.

February 19:Partly cloudy, rain during the day. Southwest wind 3–8 m/s. Temperatures: +3…+5°C at night, +16…+18°C during the day.

Earlier, forecasters said a cyclone moving in from the Ural region will cross Kazakhstan between February 17 and 19, bringing precipitation, icy conditions and blizzards. From February 18, an anticyclone moving south from the Helsinki area is expected to cause temperatures in northern regions to drop to −18…−23°C, with precipitation gradually easing. Meanwhile, southern regions could see temperatures rise to +15…+20°C.
