A blow to Ruginienė: only the opposition came to talk to the government, while the Nemuno Aušra and Peasant parties did not show up
Due to the intensifying weather balloon crisis, Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė summoned the leaders of all parliamentary factions – both ruling and opposition – to the government on Friday. The aim was to discuss the current situation and what measures should be taken next. However, only the opposition and the Social Democrats themselves attended the meeting. Neither the Nemuno Aušra nor the Peasants' Party showed up.
