On 16 March SBA Furniture Group, which owns five furniture manufacturing companies and a logistics centre in Lithuania, launched a new bond issue for sale. The two-year issue has a total value of up to EUR 8 million. In the first phase of the offering, the company plans to raise EUR 7 million to redeem the 2024 bonds. Funds raised in subsequent offerings would be used to meet the issuer group’s working capital needs, capitalise on expansion opportunities and strengthen its financial reserves.
