The technical commission of the Interstate Aviation Committee on the investigation of the deadly 2010 plane crash that killed then-president Lech Kaczynski found no signs of the impact of explosives on the plane during the 2010-2011 investigation, commission’s chair Alexei Morozov told Sputnik.
