Dreamers and supporters of former President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA) took to the streets in Washington, D.C., New York, and Phoenix, among other cities, to protest the Trump administration's Tuesday announcement. Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the administration would end the program. With six months to act, Congress must now decide the fate of roughly 800,000 Dreamers.
