OLDENZAAL - De rechtbank in Zwolle doet volgende week uitspraak over het aantal stembureaus in de gemeente Oldenzaal tijdens het Oekraïne-referendum op 6 april. De gemeente stond donderdag tegenover Geenpeil in een verkorte procedure bestuursrecht. Geenpeil vindt dat de gemeente te weinig stembureaus beschikbaar stelt voor het referendum, namelijk vijf in plaats van de zeventien die Oldenzaal bij andere verkiezingen opent.
