China to release more water to alleviate Southeast Asia drought

China will release more water from a dam in its southwestern province of Yunnan to help alleviate a drought in parts of Southeast Asia, China`s Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday, following an initial release begun last month.

Man found slain in car on West Philadelphia street

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police say a man was found shot to death inside a car parked on a West Philadelphia street. Neighbors called police early Tuesday because they thought the man was either asleep or dead. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released his name and no arrests have been made.

Police: Man killed in 1-car crash on suburban Albany road

Police in the town of Guilderland say Cory Ash of Albany was driving on Western Avenue around 12:40 a.m. Tuesday when he hit a guardrail at the intersection of Schoolhouse Road and ended up in a bank parking lot. The crash scene is near where the southern end of the Adirondack Northway meets Western Avenue.

Kanye West Is Back To Defending That Lyric About Taylor Swift

“I was just saying what everyone else was thinking.”

Back in February Kanye West caused uproar when he released the song "Famous," which features the line: "I think me and Taylor might still have sex/Why? I made that bitch famous."

The line was a reference to this incident in 2009, where Kanye interrupted Taylor's speech at the MTV Video Music Awards to say Beyoncé should have won.
