Amazon.com Inc. said Wednesday that it will add 2,250 full-time jobs through a new fulfillment center in Staten Island, NY, the first fulfillment center in the state, in one of the city's five boroughs. Staffers will work alongside robotics to pack, pick and ship household goods, books, and toys, the company said. Amazon shares are up 0.4% in premarket trading, and up 28.7% for the year so far. BMW released images of its electric mini concept ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show, which opens to the public on September 16. We have yet to see final specs for the mini, but we got a glimpse of what's to come in 2019.
