Related Links Peffer, who is a Bay Area native and California Culinary graduate, has done stints at local restaurants including Salt House and Waterbar. He joined Terje’s kitchen when Barbacco opened in 2010, and has since worked his way up the ranks, working closely with the executive chef and immersing himself in the regional cuisines of Italy.
