According to NBC, “the average American man’s heart is eight years older than his chronological age, and the average U.S. woman’s heart is five years older.” Today’s countless hosts all had their heart ages taken, and fared well, except for one Carson Daly, who might be 42, but has a ticker that clocks in at 44.
