Driver sentenced for alcohol-related crash that killed woman
HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP) — A northern New Jersey man who was driving drunk when he struck and killed a woman has been sentenced to five years in state prison.
Kwak was initially charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
