RJD president Lalu Prasad on Friday called Bihar BJP a “headless chicken” and “herd of incapables” for failing to name its chief ministerial candidate. He also dared the saffron party to declare LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan its candidate for the CM’s post if it wants to prove its love for dalits.
